Make-A-Wish Grandstand Gala
Saturday, May 2, 2015 • 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
The "Grandstand Gala" derby party, benefiting Make-A-Wish East Tennessee, features dinner; entertainment by comedian Leanne Morgan, jazz band Swing Booty and 2012 Knoxville Voice winner Piper Montana Smith; hat contest; and live and silent auctions. It is the largest fundraiser for the organization. Since Saturday, May 2, is Derby Day, Make-A-Wish East Tennessee is holding a Kentucky Derby-themed gala, and Derby attire is encouraged.
