Beck Cultural Exchange Center 12th Annual Libation Tribute Ceremony

Beck Cultural Exchange Center will hold its 12th Annual Libation Tribute Ceremony at Freedmen’s Mission Historic Cemetery adjacent to Knoxville College. The special service is a tribute to enslaved descendants freed Aug. 8, 1863. The event is free and open to the public. Donations and support are appreciated.
