UT School of Music Holiday Musicale
The University of Tennessee School of Music will hold its 2016 Holiday Musicale. The event, hosted by the school’s board of advisors, features traditional holiday music, beverages and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Attire is casual and festive. The concert will be held at the Sandra G. Powell Recital Hall in the Natalie L. Haslam Music Center. A donation of $75 per person is suggested with additional donations accepted for the School of Music Scholarship Fund.

KSO Chamber Classics
The first concert of Chamber Classics in 2017 features the Principal Quartet playing Beethoven. This concert will be held at the Sandra G. Powell Recital Hall in the Natalie L. Haslam Music Center, 1741 Volunteer Blvd., on the University of Tennessee campus.

Positively Living: Screening of 'A Very Sordid Wedding'
Positively Living will hold the only screening of "A Very Sordid Wedding." Knoxville of director Del Shores’ 2000 cult classic, “Sordid Lives, depicted the difficulty of coming out in a small Texas town. In the 2017 sequel, marriage equality becomes an issue in the same small town 17 years later. Special guest include Shores, Knoxville native Dale Dickey, Oliver Springs resident Levi Kreiss, who stars in the film, and producer Emerson Collins, who also plays a role in the film. A…
