Memorial Celebration Luncheon Remembering Bill Regas – POSTPONED

University of Tennessee Culinary Program, local Sysco Knoxville distributors and the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation will honor Knoxville’s best Restaurateur Bill Regas, who died in 2021 at the age of 92, with a Memorial Celebration Luncheon. The menu will feature his favorites of classic shrimp cocktail; Regas house salad with blue cheese, slivered almonds and Regas vinaigrette; warm croissants; herb-crusted filet mignon; twice baked potato; fresh asparagus; warm French bread; and strawberry short cake. All guests will receive a culinary booklet featuring Bill Regas' favorite recipes, and event proceeds will support the renovation of The Bill Regas Memorial Garde Manger Kitchen.
