Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon

The Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon is an annual weekend-long event with a health and fitness expo and five different running events: 26.2-mile marathon, 13.1-mile half-marathon and four-person marathon relay. The Kids Run and 5K will be held Saturday, April 11. The race course, which shuts down roadways in the area, showcases many of Knoxville’s scenic neighborhoods. The event is free for spectators.
