International Biscuit Festival

Now in its sixth year, the International Biscuit Festival was started in 2009 by a group of local biscuit lovers who wanted to share Knoxville’s biscuit heritage with the world. What began as a fun gathering for friends and family has grown into a nationally recognized food festival that attracts more than 25,000 people.
