Knoxville Mayor and City Council Swearing-in Ceremony

Knoxville's new mayor, Indya Kincannon, and four new members of City Council, Lynne Fugate, Janet Testerman, Amelia Parker and Charles Thomas, will we sworn in to office. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Bijou Theatre with a reception to follow at the East Tennessee History Center.
