Knoxville Mayor’s ‘State of the City Address’

Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon will give the “State of the City” address and present her proposed 2025-26 budget to City Council and the public at Covenant Health Park, located at 500 E. Jackson Ave. Attendees will seat themselves in the grandstand; seats will not be assigned. Concession stands will be open with a limited menu. No paper invitations will be sent, but people wishing to attend should RSVP by calling 3-1-1 or 865-215-4311 by Friday, April 18.
