Celebrating and Supporting Creative Projects, Knoxville SOUP is a community and micro-funding dinner designed to raise money for civic projects that are proposed, voted on and enacted by members of the community. For a suggested donation of $5, attendees will receive a simple dinner of soup, salad, dessert AND a vote. Guests vote on which proposal they prefer and all of the dinner donations will be awarded to the individual or team who proposed it. SOUP is accepting project proposals for projects anywhere in Knox County. Proposals can be submitted HERE. The deadline is Sept. 14
