Smoky Mountain ACF Chapter and UT Culinary Scholarship Dinner Honors

The Smoky Mountain Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and University of Tennessee Culinary will honor Patricia Bible, CEO and president of KaTom Restaurant Supply for her contributions to the hospitality industry. The event will include a reception and four-course meal with renowned chefs, with all proceeds to benefit educational scholarships. The VIP portion starts at 5:15 p.m. The program with sommeliers from Blackberry Farm will start at 5:25 p.m. The main reception will start at 6 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m.
