The Emerald O’ccasion Annual Dinner, now in its 34th year, is a major fundraising event hosted by Catholic Charities of East Tennessee to benefit the organization’s programs. The cocktail reception begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. The event also includes a silent auction and a special presentation of the Pope Francis Service Award, which will be presented to Kristin Farley, a WATE news anchor.
