45th Greater Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction Ceremony

The Greater Knoxville Sports Hall of Fame, established in 1982, celebrates sports and serves as a significant fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. Individuals will be inducted into the Hall of Fame for achievements in athletics, media, coaching, sports administration and officiating. The featured speaker will be Lady Vols basketball legend Candace Parker, a two-time national champion winner at Tennessee whose No. 3 jersey hangs in the rafters at Thompson-Boling Arena. Parker also won two Olympic gold medals in 2008 and 2012 and three WNBA titles at Los Angeles, Chicago and Las Vegas.

Appetizers and a cash bar will start at 5 p.m. on the concourse with the reception chef-curated food stations at 6 p.m. The induction ceremony will start at 7 p.m.
