A Step Ahead Foundation of East Tennessee is holding “A Toast to the Trailblazers” with table hosts and their invited guests. The organization offers women of East Tennessee access to free long-acting reversible contraceptives (IUDs and implants). The 2019 EmpowerHER recipient, Dr. Susan Dodd, an obstetrician-gynecologist in Knoxville, also will be recognized at the event for her impact in the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to donate to the organization.
