American Cancer Society’s Hope Gala

The Knoxville Hope Gala is an annual black-tie event in Knoxville, chaired by dedicated local philanthropists and presented by the American Cancer Society. The signature event brings together community leaders, advocates and supporters for a night of elegance and impact, all united by a shared mission to advance the fight against cancer and provide hope for those affected across East Tennessee. Matt and Brook Cunningham will serve as the chairs for the 2027 Knoxville Hope Gala, Hustlin’ for Hope: Turning Disco into Impact.
The 2027 theme has a retro groove and while classic tuxes and gowns are always welcome, crank up the sparkle and embrace the swagger with sequins, satin, feathers, flared silhouettes, bold textures and unapologetic shine.
