The Biscuit Bash, part of the International Biscuit Festival, allows the public to meet and greet the authors participating in the Southern Food Writing Conference. The event includes food, moonshine cocktails and musical performances. Attendees also can purchase books from the authors. Food is provided by Knox Mason; moonshine cocktails are provided by Old Forge Distillery.
