East Tennessee’s Volunteer Recognition Ceremony, hosted by Volunteer Knoxville, honors volunteers in 25 East Tennessee counties. All honorees were nominated by a community organization for the Governor’s Volunteer Stars Awards, the highest volunteer honor in the State of Tennessee. The ceremony also recognizes community organizations and volunteer managers for service to the region.
