The Bruce McCarty Community Impact Award is granted to individuals that the East Tennessee Community Design Center believes have demonstrated a commitment to building a better future for this region. The award is a tribute to the legacy of architect Bruce McCarty and the contributions he made to this region as one of the founders of ETCDC and through his professional accomplishments and many lives he touched throughout his career.

The 2015 honoree will be Ashley Capps, music producer and founder of AC Entertainment.

Capps will join past Bruce McCarty Community Impact Award recipients David Dewhirst, Randy and Jenny Boyd, Carol Evans and Paul James.
