Put on your most colorful attire and help the East Tennessee Historical Society honor Ernie Hoskins and the late Todd Cramer with the Spirit of East Tennessee Award at the third annual Biscuits & Bubbly. The VIP Sponsor Party kicks off at 10:30 a.m. for sponsors and $250 ticketholders with champagne, Bloody Marys, mimosas, passed appetizers from Holly’s Gourmet’s Market and music by a duo from the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra. New in 2025 is a Spirit Wall featuring quality sparkling wine, red and white wine and whiskey “pulls” Guests at the VIP party have the first opportunity to pull spirits.

At 11:45 a.m., the parade sponsor and anyone else who wants to participate will line up for a Second Line Parade led by students from the UT College of Music. The band will lead everyone into the venue at 12 p.m. for a three-course seated brunch, music by a quartet from the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra, festive brunch beverages, surprises and the presentation of the Spirit of East Tennessee Award. Emcee and auctioneer Dino Cartwright will conduct a live auction of a few unique, exclusive experiences.
