Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs will speak at the Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce's 2019 Breakfast Speaker Series as he prepares to present his inaugural budget. The mayor will share his vision for Knox County and how it relates to his first Knox County budget.
