Girls Inc. of Tennessee Valley will hold its gala and awards ceremony to recognize the outstanding achievements of women in the community. The event is held annually in alignment with the nonprofit’s mission to empower girls to embody strength, intelligence and courage. Through the presentation of awards in the categories of Strong, Smart, and Bold, the gala will celebrate women who have displayed remarkable fortitude, academic prowess and visionary leadership. The event also will feature live and silent auctions, heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.
