The HoLa Festival is a celebration of diversity and a cultural salute to the East Tennessee community as part of the local celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The festival, which kicks off in the evening, features music, food, arts, crafts and much more. This year marks the 16th edition of the HoLa Festival, which is free to attend. Food, drinks and crafts will be for sale.
