The Knoxville Academy of Medicine Alliance will hold the KAMA Legacy Gala: Starry Night, a formal event that will feature hors d’oeuvres, beef or vegetarian dinner and cash bar. A silent auction will be held, as well as a “Raise the Paddle” for the New Hopewell Elementary School playground. The “Dogwood Strings Trio” will be playing a variety of styles of music. This will be KAMA’s only in-person fundraiser this year.

KAMA has had a presence in the Knoxville community since 1928, supporting physicians and healthcare initiatives in our community. Proceeds from KAMA fundraising efforts are awarded each spring through the KAMA Philanthropic Fund in the form of medical and nursing scholarships, grants to local heath non-profits, and support for local KAMA sponsored programs.
