Knox Heritage will honor one of the most passionate and prolific preservationists in Knoxville history by dedicating Historic Westwood’s Fresco Parlor in memory of Kristopher Kendrick. As part of the event, guests will view a special screening of Conceptions, Visions, Dreams: The Kristopher Kendrick Story.

Kendrick’s projects included The Dulin (Crescent Bluff), The Cunningham, The Emporium Building, the Judge Taylor House, Peter Kern Building, Kendrick Place, Kentshyr’s, Kings Row, The Kristopher, Lord Lindsey, The Lucerne, The Nicholas, the Old City, the Orangery, River House, The Stuart, Park Place, Patrick Sullivan’s Saloon, Patterson Cottage and Sterchi Oaks. He is credited with leading the resurgence of the Old City and downtown Knoxville.
