Scruffy City Soiree, a fundraiser for Knox Heritage, will return in 2022 and will honor David Dewhirst and Mark Heinz for their steadfast commitment to historic preservation. The event will feature a cocktail reception, seated dinner, live music and dancing and will celebrate the “scruffy little city” and support Knox Heritage’s mission to protect Knoxville’s unique character for future generations by preserving, restoring and transforming historically significant structures and places.
