The 10th Annual Knoxville Brewfest features breweries, beer and enthusiasts for an afternoon and evening of sampling fresh beers of all colors, styles and flavors. All net proceeds benefit Cure Duchenne, a national nonprofit that raises awareness and funds to find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The event has been a sellout every year, so buying tickets in advance is recommended.
