The annual Knoxville Symphony Ball, now in its 86th year, benefits the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra with fine dining, silent and live auctions and dancing to music by the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra. The 2016 theme will be “Rhapsody in Blue” to celebrate both new Music Director Aram Demirjian and the nationally recognized KSO. The silent auction begins at 6 p.m. A performance by pianist Slade Trammell will be held at 7:30 p.m., preceding dinner.
