Kuumba Festival

The Kuumba Festival is the largest African-American Cultural Arts Festival in East Tennessee. Traditional crafts, clothing, foods, music and more will be featured on Market Square on July 31. The festival will be held Aug. 1-2 at Chilhowee Park from 2-10 p.m.
