Young-Williams Animal Center will hold the 18th Annual Mardi Growl, a Pet Parade & Festival and everyone’s favorite “pet pawty.” The parade will take place in downtown Knoxville in the Old City and end at World’s Fair Park for the pet festival with nearly 100 vendors, food trucks, live music, games and more.
