The Knox County Public Library, in partnership with the Jane L. Pettway Foundation, Knox County Public Library Foundation and the University of Tennessee College of Communication and Information, will hold an opening reception and VIP dinner with UT Torchbearer Wendell Potter, a New York Times best-selling author who wrote “Deadly Spin” and “Nation on the Take” and the founder of Tarbell.org.
