Opera Under the Stars: A Summer Series at Augusta Quarry

Knoxville Opera invites audiences to experience live music in one of Knoxville's most unique outdoor settings. Set against the dramatic backdrop of Augusta Quarry, the three-concert series kicks off July 23 and features opera, musical theatre and familiar favorites. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of music under the stars. Audiences can decorate a floating lantern with a note of gratitude, memory or hope and release it onto the water at sunset.

The other dates are Aug. 27 and Sept. 24.
