“Salute for a Cure” is an annual fundraiser for The Pat Summitt Foundation. The “Salute” part of the name is a tribute to the Salute to Excellence that benefited the Lady Vols for years beginning in 1988. The event includes entertainment, dinner, live auction and “The Voice” winner and Knoxville native Chris Blue as the featured guest performer.
