Snow Day: A CAC Beardsley Community Farm Benefit
Snow Day, a CAC Beardsley Community Farm Benefit, will feature live performances by a diverse group of musicians, a soup contest between some of Knoxville’s finest restaurants, silent auction and bar with profits benefiting the farm thanks to Lipman Brothers. Tickets, which are available HERE, include all-you-can-eat soup. Kids under 8 get in for free.
MUSICIANS: Zach Russell, Jorden Albright, Jaq Honey and Count This Penny.
SOUP AND BREAD: Soup contestants include Landing House, Kandilige Kitchen, Yee-Haw Brewing Co., Potchke, Red Bud Kitchen and more! Try delicious vegetarian and vegan soups featuring local ingredients, and arrive early before soup runs out. Consider bringing a reusable mug and spoon to cut down on waste. Bread is generously provided by Tellico Grains, Flour Head Bakery and SoKno Sourdough.
SILENT AUCTION: More than 100 items from Knoxville businesses will be available. The silent auction will run online starting Feb. 2, as well as in person at Snow Day from 6-9 p.m.
