The 13th Annual Snow Day,  a benefit for CAC Beardsley Community Farm, kicks off Jan. 11 and will be a three-week virtual event ending Jan. 31. Six local restaurants will compete to create the best soup in Knoxville, using at least one local ingredient. Each ticketed participant can pick up an 8-ounce cup of soup from each restaurant during its designated soup week. The details and participating restaurants are available HERE.

Two restaurants will serve soup each week in the final three weeks of January. Participants will have a link at the end of the month to vote on their favorite soup. Tickets and/or monetary donations are available HERE.
