Southern Food Writing Conference

The Southern Food Writing Conference is part of the International Biscuit Festival, which was started in 2009 by a group of local biscuit lovers who wanted to share Knoxville’s biscuit heritage with the world. What began as a fun gathering for friends and family has grown into a nationally recognized food festival that attracts more than 25,000 people to downtown Knoxville.
