Statehood Day Open House at Blount Mansion
Saturday, May 29, 2021 • 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
In recognition of Statehood Day, Blount Mansion will host a free open house. Blount Mansion National Historic Landmark, the Birthplace of Tennessee, was attained due to the efforts of William Blount on June 1, 1796. Guests will enjoy a self-guided tour with docents positioned throughout the historic property to answer questions. Other members of the Historic Homes of Knoxville will offer simultaneous open house events.
