The Tennessee Valley Fair’s annual luncheon for government officials and businesses officially celebrates the start of the fair, which will be held Sept. 10-19. Held on the Knoxville fairgrounds at Chilhowee Park, the luncheon is attended by more than 300 business and community leaders from throughout East Tennessee.
