CASA of East Tennessee’s annual Red Shoe Gala, now in its fifth year, features dinner, signature cocktails, silent auction, “Field of Poppies” mystery wine table and live music by the Pop Rox. All proceeds benefit CASA of East Tennessee’s mission to advocate for abused and neglected children by helping them find loving, permanent homes. The 2017 theme is the Wizard of Oz.
