The Women’s Fund of East Tennessee will hold an advocacy forum and reception to educate the community regarding work to change the narrative in East Tennessee to a positive one in which young women are encouraged to pursue a post-secondary education. Speakers will address work in progress with end goal objectives, the work in community schools and a special Tennessee Promise feature. Hors d’oeuvres and wine will be provided.
