Zoo Knoxville will hold its 34th annual Zoofari. Each year’s celebration is themed after a species or special zoo initiative creating an ever-changing adventure. The 2021 event will be “Havana Nights” in celebration of the capering Cuban crocodile. The event includes cocktail hour, silent auction, sit-down dinner (socially distanced), live auction broadcast and entertainment. Funds raised from Zoofari support the zoo’s animal care, animal conservation and education programs. A virtual option also is available.
