PetSafe will hold its 4th Annual Black Tie & Tails Gala in the national company’s hometown of Knoxville for humans and their canine friends. Hileman Distinguished Alumni Award, named for the first permanent dean of the college, that was established in 1994 in celebration of the college’s 25th anniversary.
