Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero will give the “State of the City” address and present her proposed 2019-20 budget to City Council and the public. The location will be the site of the soon-to-be-constructed Urban Wilderness Gateway Park at the terminus of James White Parkway at Sevierville Pike. Parking at the site is very limited.
